crowd2crowd, established in 2017, is headquartered in Gibraltar.
Born out of the frustration experienced by property investors when raising additional funding from the traditional banking community, crowd2crowd drew on the owners’ historical investment experiences and more recent digital knowledge to develop a platform which creates a win-win proposition for both borrowers and investors.

crowd2crowd is a marketplace where people with a funding requirement meet investors looking to expand their yield on investment by cutting out the middleman.
Quicker and easier than applying to traditional banking providers plus much more price competitive and efficient for both parties.
Once a decision to invest is made then respective lawyers deal with the paperwork and money to complete the transaction.
Our Secondary Market allows investors to sell their holding or buy more of the same or a different investment.
